The Customer Service Representative will perform a variety of functions to assist customers who contact the company via phone, e-mail, fax, or in-person.
The majority of these functions are sales-related including providing quotes, processing work orders, scheduling installations and estimates, and completing invoices.
In this position, other office functions including ordering and tracking supplies and organizing sales files.
*GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*:
Perform a wide variety of office sales and administrative tasks including but not limited to the following:
· Deliver a consistent and high-level of customer service to all United Auto Glass customers.
· Answer the phone professionally and assist those customers promptly.
· Assist walk-in customers with questions, service requests, and product/service selection for auto products in a polite and professional manner.
· Schedule installation appointments for technicians.
· Provide sales support by making follow-up sales calls, collecting deposits, ordering materials, and answering customer questions.
· Respond to phone, email and internet inquiries via professional, written and verbal communication.
· Maintain a clean and professional customer showroom.
· Other duties as assigned
