Job Description
The Account Support Representative is a customer facing role responsible for supporting multiple builder accounts.
This role will build positive relationships with our builders by ensuring a seamless order process, communicating changes and status updates proactively, and facilitating the resolution of order issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
Manage internal and external communications (by phone or email) regarding construction, cabinet orders, order selections, and account questions
Monitor building progress and change orders
Enter orders into Masterbrand systems and manage the invoicing functions of completed orders
Complete appropriate paperwork associated with entering and processing customer orders
Address logistic/carrier issues as they arise and develop resolutions
Prepare accurate contract pricing on orders
Process and authorizes product returns, credits, bills, and payments to 3rd party service agents
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is minimally required
A 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred
Previous Customer Service experience preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, documents, and regulations
Computer literate
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships
Organized and able to successfully manage multiple projects or tasks
