Garden Center Associate

```Duties``` - Assist customers in selecting plants, flowers, and gardening supplies - Provide guidance and recommendations on plant care and maintenance - Operate cash register and handle customer transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the garden center - Water plants and ensure they are properly cared for - Assist with inventory management and restocking of products - Create attractive displays to showcase products ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred - Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish - Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Basic computer skills for e-commerce platforms and point-of-sale systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform landscape maintenance tasks At our garden center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers create beautiful outdoor spaces.
