Retail Cashier/Customer Service

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Assist customers with product selection and inquiries - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Communicate effectively with customers and team members Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Skills: - Wireless sales knowledge is a plus - Ability to upsell products and services to customers - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Proficient in English, both spoken and written - Retail sales experience is beneficial - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide assistance as needed - Experience with cash register operations and cash handling procedures Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
